Side Launch Wheat is an authentic Bavarian style wheat beer, served unfiltered with its natural yeast and proteins. Using traditional special yeast, the beer is bursting with flavours that may surprise you, reminiscent of bananas, cloves and lemons.

Side Launch Pale Ale is a Canadian Pale Ale that marries the best of traditional English and American pale ale styles. We use Canadian Superior Pale Malt and a blend of traditional North American hops to create a very well balanced session beer with character.

Our Festbier is a 5.5% fuller bodied, moderately hopped, seasonal lager. It has the colour of a harvest moon, great mouthfeel and lots of flavor. This type of beer, typically brewed for the Oktoberfest season, truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating.

Man Overboard Session IPA is a 4.7% alc./vol, hazy tropical blond ale with a nice white head. It has a strong tropical pineapple, mango and citrus fruit aroma. Full bodied and juicy, it has mild bitterness and a sweetish finish. It is dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops.

Side Launch Dry Hopped Sour is a balanced and highly drinkable New World Ale, dry-hopped with generous amounts of Mosaic, Citra and Eldorado hops.

Session IPA

Our Dry-Hopped Pilsner is 4.5% German Pilsner. It’s refreshing with a crisp mouthfeel and dry finish. The Medium bitterness balances the beer as our Noble Hop comes boldly to the to the forefront and lingers throughout the finish.

A delightful sour beer pouring a salmon pink in colour, with notes of hibiscus, white flower, melon and rosehip tea. Light-bodied with a refreshingly crisp finish.

Sometimes we all just need a Getaway. This medium bodied, IPA is packed with a bright, aromatic, citrusy nose. Leading with a hoppy bite of resinous pine and balance earthy finish.

Northbound, where the blue skies meet the clear blue waters of Georgian Bay– the birthplace of our lager. This North American Craft Lager is uncomplicated, easy drinking and has a refined, refreshing finish.
