We (Muskoka) took a left turn from a normal IPA, dry-hopping it to create a truly sessionable brew with a rewarding aroma, big hop flavours and clean finish. First brewed in1996, our flagship Muskoka Cream Ale has since become a signature beer of the Muskoka region. Unmistakable with its rich amber colour and inviting floral tones, this laid-back English pub-style ale is smooth and easy-going. Like the region it’s from, our all-malt Muskoka Craft Lager is a getaway from the average. That’s because it’s carefully aged and handcrafted to be uniquely flavourful, yet remarkably easy-drinking. And in case you see a little haze and sediment, that’s a good thing, and totally natural - a result of our pure, unfiltered brewing process.

While the legend of Mad Tom is laden with mystery and intrigue, one thing remains clear - Mad Tom did things his own way. Twice as Mad Tom is an aggressively twice dry-hopped Imperial India Pale Ale, that delivers a definitive hop aroma and unabashedly big bold flavour. We brew this beer with the road less traveled in mind, and in the spirit of old Mad Tom, we make no bones about it.

Seasonally brewed and available in limited quantities, Muskoka Summerweiss (“vice”) is crafted with visions of summer in mind. Naturally hazy by design, the perfect balance of wheat, barley and subtle hopping makes this an intriguingly aromatic, flavourful and sessionable summer wheat beer.

Muskoka Harvest Ale was our brewery’s pioneering venture into our limited run series of beers. Harvest Ale marks the end of the growing season and the process of gathering mature crops from the fields.

Dry hopped and brewed using a selection of premium ingredients, this ale has a rich malt backbone and a subtle grassy character reminiscent of the freshly cut harvest. It’s our way of celebrating another prosperous growing season.

Saison with Raspberry and Lavender. With a medium body, slight alcohol warming mouthfeel, and a dry finish, Seasons Change is made for toasting to the heat of summer, and looking forward to the crisp adventures of fall that await.

Winterweiss was developed over a warm cabin fire, filling the void for a flavourful yet sessionable brew to enjoy during a long Winters night. This Dunkelweizen is deep brown with notes of clove and banana. Muskoka Winterweiss partners the yeast and wheat character of a Hefeweizen with the malty richness of a Munich Dunkel. Legends date back to the 1800’s when lumberjacks and fur traders took to the woods and encountered the mysterious culture and wildlife in the Northern region. Today, we echo our ancestors’ quest and have unearthed this season’s most distinct offerings. Brewed with a Belgian style in mind, this culmination of unique ingredients rests in the bottle of our Legendary Oddity brew. We invite you to Release The Legend.

Ingredients: Pure Muskoka Water, Heather Tips, Juniper Berries, Sweet Orange Peel Shavings, North American Malts, Noble Hops, Belgian Yeast and Belgian Candi Sugar.

Created together with indie band Born Ruffians, RUFF Draught is described as follows: RUFF Draught is a tropical blonde ale, with notes of pineapple deriving from a variety of hops. Crisp and refreshing, it’s a crushable beer that’s great for jamming on the dock or out on stage. It’s the perfect summer brew and we’re confident it’s a winner!

Dry Hopped Kettle Sour Buck the trends of those regular ol’ wheat beers this February and add a little bangarang to your day with this effervescent and easy-drinking beer.

We made this easy-drinking kölsch in honour of our late friend Kirk Evans. He loved life and where he was the laughs were there too. Kirby’s Kölsch is a crisp session beer with a hint of peach, best enjoyed with friends. Cheers to Kirby!

A hop forward wheat beer brewed in collaboration with Howe Sound Brewing Squamish BC. A crisp, thirst-quenching wheat beer with just enough hop flavour. Light ester and spice notes balance a layer of juicy, tropical hops.

Brewed in collaboration with Ellicottville Brewing Co. fron New York. A dark beer with big citrus and grapefruit taste from real grapefruit zest and delightfully contrsting notes of subtle chocolate and coffee.

Imperial Pilsner with birch. Crisp and effervescent, this Imperial Pilsner has birch leaves and bark added to bring the forests of Muskoka to you.
