Lantern Light Farmhouse Ale
Traditionally, saison-style farmhouse ales were brewed in the winter to be consumed throughout the summer months. Lantern Light is a warm Brettanomyces glow on a summer evening. Join us in drinking this beer over the coming months and taste how the mixed fermentation character and wild yeast flavours develop.
This IPA features a strawgold malt profile alongside a modest dry hopping of Wai-iti and Motueka hops. Notes of papaya, warm honey, and soft cedar.
At only 50 IBU’s, our Ladyfriend IPA is a perfect balance between the light and the dark! A distinct malt profile provides a strong backbone with subtle notes of wild mountain honey, while the hop additions of Columbus and Cascade provide union and flavour. Dry Hopped with New Zealand Pacific Gem and Southern Cross, the aroma is one of passion fruit, citrus, and spring-valley heather! “When only a Ladyfriend will do!”
A La Mode Spice Apple Ale
Monster Mash Pumpkin Porter
This spooky concoction was brewed with roasted pumpkins in the boil and dry-spiced with a secret harvest blend. Smooth pumpkin satin off the top and finishes with balanced roasted malts and subtle spice notes. Certainly Leatherface’s beer of choice!
Three Fields Lager
Three Fields Unfiltered Triple Grain Lager is brewed with barley, wheat and rye malts. Three Fields measures in at 5% ABV. “This lager possesses a distinct malt profile that begins with subtle notes of citrus and finishes smooth, dry, and crisp with a slight Columbus Hop zing!”
Sundown Canadian Brown Ale
A balanced and round malt profile provides a slight toastiness. Giving way to soft earth tones and finishing with hints of pine and fresh spruce bud. Somewhere between an American Brown Ale and a Cascadian Brown Ale lies Sundown Brown, a beer that is distinctly Canadian.
Elora Borealis Citra Pale Ale
Part of our new Small Batch Series AND our Single Hop Series. Elora Borealis is a lightly malted pale ale that is bittered, flavoured, and dry-hopped exclusively with Citra Hops. A bright, floral nose gives way to crisp, light malt flavours and finishes with several citrus notes. A taste of warmer weather and clear skies dancing with Northern Lights!
Lodestar - Dry Hopped Sour Ale
A mixed fermentation ale soured with lactobacillus and dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops. Like the lodestar shines bright for the the passing ships in the night, let this brew guide you on your quest for summer refreshment. Notes of ripe pear and candied citrus give way to a balanced sour tang and an effervescent finish.
Aurum Pale Ale with Azacca
Aurum - Pale Ale with Azacca The first release in our new Single Hop Pale Ale Series. Soft and pale with liberal additions of Azacca hops. Citrus and ripe mango off the nose finishing with orchard fruit (pears, apples) and fresh conifer throughout.
The first release in our new Single Hop Pale Ale Series. Soft and pale with liberal additions of Azacca hops. Citrus and ripe mango off the nose finishing with orchard fruit (pears, apples) and fresh conifer throughout. ABV: 4.6% IBU: NA
Our take on a lager best consumed during the autumn months. Historically, brown bears could be found harvesting trees throughout Ontario’s Hinterland. Some say they developed a unique lager recipe to keep them warm during this yearly tradition. Vienna malt provides a slight malt sweetness finishing dry, refreshing, and clean. The perfect lager for a logger!
New England Pale Ale
Another addition to our small batch series, this pale ale boasts a big and juicy body inspired by some of our favourite ale’s from the North East US. Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy hops contribute tropical fruit aromas balanced against Escarpment Lab’s Vermont Ale Yeast.
Wandering Monk - Belgian IPA
Wandering Monk is back! Big and Juicy, this Belgian IPA is the perfect blend of Belgian and North American Style influences. Sacch-Trois and Belgian Golden Yeast from Escarpment Labs provide wild yeast flavours and slight tartness where a generous dry hopping of Mosaic, Nelson-Sauvin and Cascade reveal notes of white grape, blueberry, and tropical Fruit.
Classic notes of coriander and orange peel on the nose. Hazy wheat and balanced sweetness across the palette finishing clean and smooth with slight tartness. ABV: 4.6% IBU: NA
Neipa with Voss Kviek
A collaboration with our friends at Sawdust City, this is a hazy New England IPA fermented with voss kviek yeast. Tropical and citrus fruit on the nose gives way to a bitter stone fruit flavour. This unique yeast gives our beer a full-bodied flavour with a deceivingly dry finish.
This Spicy Dunkel is a ruby brown colour with a strong smokiness on the nose. Made with locally grown scotch bonnet and ghost peppers, as well as Mesquite smoked in house by our chefs. The spice builds to the last sip and is balances with a chocolatey sweet finish.
