Schneider Weisse Original
t’s the art of brewing in its purest form for true wheat beer connoisseurs: “Original” – the traditional wheat beer brewed unaltered in accordance with the original recipe of Georg I. Schneider since 1872 – and since then simply marquee. Of a deep amber colour, harmonically balanced and strong. That’s what Bavaria tastes like. And that’s also what coming home tastes like - in the comfort of your own four walls as well as at your convivial “Stammtisch”.

Clutch American Pale Ale

Clutch American Pale Ale
Clutch pours a hazy straw colour and is topped with a creamy white head. A large dose of flaked oats provides a luscious and soft mouthfeel. Hopped generously with Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, and Mandarina Bavaria, Clutch bursts with flavours of orange peel, grapefruit, peaches, and pine. A load of dry-hops are used at the end of fermentation for lush aromas of fresh tropical fruit, pine, and citrus. Soft and aggressive at the same time, Clutch is right where you want it.

Strong Patrick Irish-style Red Ale • 6.7% • Wild Oats No. 18
Strong Patrick is a bold rendition of an Irish-style red ale. Brewed stronger than most, it is luscious and malty, with toasty caramel and coffee. A portion of the ale has been aged in Jameson® Irish Whiskey casks, then reintroduced to add a rich accent of wood and warmth to this year’s blend. History & Style Strong Patrick is our version of the classic style from the Emerald Isle. It was first brewed in 2012 for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations at Beau’s Brewery, and has been a returning seasonal favourite ever since. Its red hue is the result of the addition of organic roasted barley to recipe, which also includes organic Aramis hops and Irish ale yeast. Tasting Notes Strong Patrick pours a brilliant red with a creamy head. Its aroma conjures notes of caramel, whiskey, oak and malts. It has a malty backbone, with a touch of toasty caramel and vanilla, and a mild bitterness to round and balance. It finishes rich and warm. INGREDIENTS Local spring water, organic barley malts, organic roasted barley, organic hops, brewer’s yeast. MALTS Pale ale, munich, carafoam, caramunich, caraaroma (all organic) HOPS Organic Pilgrim YEAST Irish Ale Yeast

LDV Coffee & Vanilla
Our awesome Uranual Imperial Stout just got more awesomerer! Still big and bold with flavour of chocolate and roast, with coffee from Quietly! and Vanilla. You’re welcome!
Sam’s Take We’ve brewed LDV for 8 years now. Over those years, we’ve done a number of different iterations and enjoy trying different variations using LDV as the base. Last winter, we brewed Coffee Vanilla LDV and then Chocolate Oak-Aged LDV. We really liked the version with coffee and vanilla so we decided to do it again this year using a similar recipe. We loved the coffee we got from Cut Coffee last year, but Lee Knutilla, the head roaster has since opened up a new shop called Quietly Coffee. We tracked him down and asked if he’d be into working with us again. He was and was even able to get us beans from Katia Duke in Honduras; the same farm we used last year. We feel this year’s version is even better than last year’s!
